You must save the file to your computer to use it. When the File Download dialog box appears, click Save. If you choose Open, the file will not function correctly.
The first time you open the file on your hard drive, a security warning appears. Unselect “Always ask before opening this file,” then click Open.
Alternatively, you can right-click the downloaded file on your hard drive, select Properties, then click Unblock (at the bottom of the dialog box). The file opens correctly for future uses.
